To meet the expectations of our customers and the requirements of the EU started to implement in our company HACCP, or Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
The strategic goal of the HACCP system is to ensure food safety throughout the process of its production – starting from primary production and ending with the distribution and the consumer table. Moreover, it is important to eliminate the risk of food poisoning and infections and diseases due to consumption of emerging micro-biologically contaminated food, chemically or physically.
